The collar is faced with a hand woven band of flowers made of Czech pressed glass and CRYSTALLIZED™ Swarovski Elements. The side release clasp and solid dee ring are of brass.This collar is meant for dress-up and party wear – treat this as jewelry for your dog. THE COLLARS ARE NOT ADJUSTABLE.
