Ultra soft, thick pastel blue sheepskin is appliqued with matching velvet ribbon and sprinkled with crystals of crystals from Swarovski®. A solid brass D-ring is attached at the neck to facilitate your leash. The neck and waist closures are Velcro for maximum flexibility.
