The neckline and back of this Olive Panne Velvet Harness is lavishly embellished with dyed freshwater peaerls and CRYSTALLIZED™ Swarovski Elements. The neck and waist closures are of Velcro for maximum flexibility. There is an attached solid brass dee ring at the center back to facilitate your leash.Made in the USA of imported fabrics.
