This gorgeous party wear dress is made of Seafoam Green Iridescent embroidered organza. Additional motifs are appliqued and beaded with a combination of Japanese seed beads and CRYSTALLIZED™ Swarovski Elements. The three-tiered galloon edged ruffle finishes the look. The lining is of seafoam green silk faille, the closures are of tan Velcro, and there is a solid brass dee ring attached for the leash.Made in the U.S.A. of Imported Materials.
